My post running protein pancakes

I love making these pancakes after I run. I usually make one but today I ran 17km so felt like having 2 :)
Today’s ingredients/quantities:
2 eggs
2 tbsp of plain yogurt
fine oatmeal (as much as is needed for a good consistency)
half a scoop of protein powder (unsweetened/unflavored)
1 tsp of chia seeds
I cook the cakes with avocado oil and put some sugar free jam on (St.Dalfour’s).
Yum :)

Avocado oil????
Indeed. I use it a lot. It doesn’t get ‘destroyed’ by high heat like olive or sunflower oil does.
Where do you buy it?
Sainsbury’s :)
These look great, will be having them for lunch tomorrow, don’t think I’m going to run first though.
You can always go for a run afterwards ;)
Are you still on your sugarfree diet? I seriously don’t know how you do it… Being pregnant turned me into a glutinous pig. Oink, oink ;-)
I am not on a sugar free diet. I just don’t eat much sugar and plan on not eating much for the rest of my life :)
They look so Yummy in your pictures! Ifi ever start running i will have to make them too!
I’m sure you can make them without having to run first :)
I am not sure about the protein bit though..with the pregnancy and all..
Just skip the protein powder.
