My post running protein pancakes

Protein pancakes

I love making these pancakes after I run. I usually make one but today I ran 17km so felt like having 2 :)

Today’s ingredients/quantities:

2 eggs
2 tbsp of plain yogurt
fine oatmeal (as much as is needed for a good consistency)
half a scoop of protein powder (unsweetened/unflavored)
1 tsp of chia seeds

I cook the cakes with avocado oil and put some sugar free jam on (St.Dalfour’s).

Yum :)

  2. Are you still on your sugarfree diet? I seriously don’t know how you do it… Being pregnant turned me into a glutinous pig. Oink, oink ;-)
