Quinoa + egg + salsa + avocado + yogurt
This is by far my favorite summer lunch. Once you mix all the ingredients together, it becomes a bit messy, but it’s delicious and healthy :)
You are so healthy that it makes me feel bad. I had eggs benedict for lunch. And a couple of macaroons…
How did you make your Quinoa for this one? It looks yummy!
Just boiled with a bit of stock powder.
Looks great…the colors, the food.. yummy!
