My 6-year old has been out of school for 25 days.
My 3-year old has been out of nursery for 27 days.
My husband has had an on/off fever and a chest infection for 12 days.
My mother has been away in Estonia and bedridden with pneumonia for 17 days.
We haven’t had a cleaner visit for 45 days.
The recycling has not been picked up for 15 days.
The children have been eating way too much chocolate and watching way too much TV for 22 days.
The weather has sucked for longer than I can count the days…
Lesson for next year: a WARM Christmas holiday is a MUST.
Hope everyone gets better soon. I had pneumonia as a kid and it took about 6 months to get really well again… and it was summer.
I’ve had it as a child as well, several times :| I think J’s got it as well. He actually stayed home today, which says a lot about how he’s feeling – considering he wanted to go straight to work after that time when he was hit by a car!
